Designed for students who are either about to attend college or university or leave their halls of residence to fend for themselves. Students will learn to cook delicious, nutritious food on a university budget, as well as how to choose healthy ingredients and make the most of leftovers. As well as cooking their own lunches, students will have prepared dishes to take away at the end of each day.
Tuesday and Wednesday, from 10am to 3pm
All courses can be suitable for vegetarians.
