This course is designed to inspire you with new ideas, giving you the confidence to cook delicious seasonal recipes for family suppers or for easy entertaining. It will show you that you don’t have to spend hours in the kitchen to create a menu filled with fresh seasonal flavours. The course runs from 10am to 3pm and you will eat some of what you have cooked for lunch, with complimentary drinks.
Recipes for the day may include:
· Watercress and pea soup
· Beetroot houmous with tortilla crisps
· Noisettes of salmon with samphire (preparing own noisettes from whole salmon)
· Bacon, pea and goats cheese salad
· Strawberry shortcake
All courses can be suitable for vegetarians.
