This course will include pasta-making and other Italian classics. Recipes for today may include tagliatelle, chicken parcels wrapped in pancetta with a marscapone sauce and some surprise Italian desserts. Cooking is from 10am to 1pm and then we sit to eat together with complimentary drinks.
