Cooking as a Child & Adult Pair is about spending time together, learning new skills and enjoying a meal you have both prepared. A part of the course deals with basic knife skills and the day’s recipes may include a selection of the following:

Sushi OR Albondigas with spicy tomato sauce OR Chicken tray bake OR Indian lamb koftas with mint yoghurt and flatbreads OR Fish pie OR Paella OR Fishcakes

Fruit fool and shortbread OR Individual cheesecakes

All courses can be suitable for vegetarians.
