Our tutor will guide you in utilising the wonderful flavours of Italy. The day’s recipes may include:

  • rosemary Focaccia

  • pasta dough

  • pollo senese (chicken breasts stuffed with pecorino cheese wrapped in ham and cooked in white wine)

  • patate arrosto al limone con aglio e rosmarino (lemon roast potatoes with garlic and rosemary)

  • caponata (Sicilian sweet and sour aubergine, tomato and celery)

  • torta Caprese con crema di Amaretto (chocolate and almond cake from Capri with Amaretto cream)

All courses can be suitable for vegetarians.
