An introduction to some principles of baking bread, and the use of various pastries in both savoury and sweet cooking. You will master the techniques needed to make and use perfect pastry every time. You will learn the art of short crust, sweet and choux pastry to make a classic range of patisserie items from chocolate eclairs and savoury profiteroles, to delicious pastries and tarts with both sweet and savoury fillings.
