A course to give you confidence to invite someone around last minute, or to give the family a treat. Recipes may include:

  • chicken jambalaya

  • butternut squash and sage risotto

  • ham and leek filo quiche

  • sesame-baked goats cheese, with lemon rocket

  • spicy chicken kebabs, served with roasted za’atar beetoot, chickpeas and harissa yoghurt

  • vanilla pannacotta, with strawberry compote

  • raspberry and prosecco posset
